Job Description

Summary

Experienced Securities Law Attorney sought to interpret Exchange Act, analyze complex legal issues, and prepare critical legal documents.

We are seeking a highly qualified attorney to join our team. This role requires extensive experience in securities law, particularly concerning the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. You will be responsible for analyzing complex legal issues, developing solutions, and preparing critical legal documents.

  • *Basic Requirements:**
  • J.D. or LL.B. degree.
  • Active bar membership in good standing in any U.S. state, territory, the District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico.
  • *Minimum Qualifications (SK-16):**
  • Four (4) years of post-J.D. legal experience, which includes:
* Identifying legal issues, providing analyses, and developing legal solutions/recommendations. * Preparing diverse legal documents such as filings, memoranda, contracts, dispositions, pleadings, and motions.
  • At least three (3) years of this experience must specifically include:
* Interpreting and applying securities industry laws, rules, and regulations, with particular expertise in the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. * Providing expert guidance on legal and policy issues, analyzing novel securities law challenges without clear precedents. * Explaining complex legal principles and precedents, and developing robust, justified recommendations.
