Summary

Seeking an experienced attorney to provide expert legal analysis, prepare complex documents, and advise on Federal securities law.

We are seeking an experienced and highly qualified legal professional to provide expert guidance on complex legal matters, with a strong focus on federal securities law.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Independently identify, analyze, and recommend solutions for complex legal issues.
  • Prepare and draft a range of legal documents, including contracts, dispositions, pleadings, and motions.
  • Provide authoritative advice on Federal securities laws, statutes, rules, and regulations.
  • Conduct in-depth reviews and analyses of highly complex issues to ensure legal adequacy and soundness.
  • *Minimum Qualifications:**
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) or Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree.
  • Active membership in good standing with the bar in any U.S. state, territory, the District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico.
  • One year of specialized legal experience, equivalent to the GS/SK-14 level, which includes:
* Providing legal analyses, solutions, and preparing legal documents. * Advising on Federal securities laws and regulations. * Conducting complex legal adequacy reviews.
