Associate, Outbound Marketing Operations - Card Performance Marketing & Analytics

Capital One is seeking an Associate Process Manager to enhance outbound marketing operations for card performance. This role focuses on ensuring quality and maintaining essential documentation for digital advertising channels, supporting credit card acquisition efforts.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• **Quality Assurance:** Conduct detailed reviews of advertising campaigns and platform implementations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• **Process & Documentation:** Manage project documents, maintain organized filing systems (Google Drive), establish naming conventions, and serve as a process subject matter expert for team playbooks.
• **Data & Tracking:** Maintain comprehensive reference materials, including a project tracker and advertisement index.
• **Collaboration:** Communicate effectively across the team to manage workloads, timelines, and provide necessary support.
• **Performance Marketing Insight:** Apply a solid understanding of performance marketing, conversions, and online customer acquisition strategies.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in performance marketing channels (e.g., Display, Social, Online Video).
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including comfort with large datasets and common performance marketing metrics.
• 1+ year of experience in project or process management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to quickly learn new platforms.
• *Preferred Qualifications:**
• Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• 1+ year of experience using Skai or SA360 platforms.
