Summary

Lead enterprise IT operations and modernization as ACIO, driving efficiency, cybersecurity, and strategic outcomes.

We are seeking a highly accomplished executive to serve as the Assistant Chief Information Officer (ACIO) for IT Operations. This pivotal Senior Executive Service (SES) equivalent role demands visionary leadership to oversee enterprise-level IT services, drive modernization, and ensure robust cybersecurity. You will lead a diverse IT workforce, manage significant budgets, and strategically align technology with organizational goals.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Direct and manage enterprise IT operations and service delivery for a large organization.
  • Strategically manage resources, optimize budgets, and drive efficiency through process and technological advancements.
  • Establish and execute robust IT governance frameworks, strategic planning, and capital investment control (CPIC).
  • Lead and inspire a high-performance, high-accountability culture, developing teams and managing through change.
  • Oversee and enhance enterprise-level cybersecurity programs for both classified and unclassified systems.
  • Drive IT modernization initiatives, including cloud migrations, Agile/DevOps methodologies, and automation.
  • Engage with senior executives and stakeholders to ensure IT initiatives support overarching mission success.

  • **Enterprise IT Operations:** Extensive executive-level experience leading large-scale enterprise IT operations and service delivery.
  • **IT Governance & Planning:** Deep expertise in IT governance, strategic planning, and capital investment planning and control.
  • **Cybersecurity Leadership:** Demonstrated ability to lead complex enterprise cybersecurity programs.
  • **IT Modernization:** Significant experience driving IT modernization, including cloud strategies, Agile/DevOps, and automation initiatives.
