Job Description
Seeking STEM professionals to design and engineer assistive technology for individuals with disabilities.
This role seeks professionals for the design and engineering of assistive technology, with two distinct entry levels based on experience.
**General Requirements:**
* Degree in Computer Science or a related STEM technical field.
**Full Performance Level:**
* **Experience:**
* Bachelor's degree + 3 years relevant experience, OR
* Master's degree + 1 year relevant experience, OR
* Doctoral degree with no experience.
* **Relevant Experience Focus:** Design and engineering of assistive technology. Some experience in employment support for people with disabilities (e.g., group homes, school systems) is beneficial.
**Senior Level:**
* **Experience:**
* Bachelor's degree + 7 years relevant experience, OR
* Master's degree + 5 years relevant experience, OR
* Doctoral degree + 3 years relevant experience.
* **Relevant Experience Focus:** Both design/engineering of assistive technology AND experience in employment support for people with disabilities (e.g., group homes, school systems).
