This role seeks professionals for the design and engineering of assistive technology, with two distinct entry levels based on experience. **General Requirements:** * Degree in Computer Science or a related STEM technical field. **Full Performance Level:** * **Experience:** * Bachelor's degree + 3 years relevant experience, OR * Master's degree + 1 year relevant experience, OR * Doctoral degree with no experience. * **Relevant Experience Focus:** Design and engineering of assistive technology. Some experience in employment support for people with disabilities (e.g., group homes, school systems) is beneficial. **Senior Level:** * **Experience:** * Bachelor's degree + 7 years relevant experience, OR * Master's degree + 5 years relevant experience, OR * Doctoral degree + 3 years relevant experience. * **Relevant Experience Focus:** Both design/engineering of assistive technology AND experience in employment support for people with disabilities (e.g., group homes, school systems).
