Job Description
Seeking an attorney with J.D. and 1+ year experience to lead complex civil litigation cases.
We are seeking a highly motivated attorney to join our team, focusing on complex civil litigation. This role offers the opportunity to take lead responsibility for your own cases, functioning effectively with minimal guidance in a demanding environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Serve as lead attorney, presenting arguments and conducting trials.
* Manage depositions and draft comprehensive legal briefs and filings.
* Perform meticulous legal and factual analysis.
**Required Qualifications:**
* Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree or equivalent.
* Active bar membership in any U.S. jurisdiction.
* Minimum of one year post-J.D. legal or relevant experience.
* U.S. Citizen or National.
**Preferred Skills & Experience:**
* 1-5 years of experience in complex civil litigation.
* Superior communication, advocacy, research, and writing abilities.
* Demonstrated mature judgment and a strong commitment to public service.
