Summary

Seeking a skilled attorney with 3+ years post-J.D. experience to prosecute complex criminal litigation in a demanding environment.

We are seeking a highly qualified attorney to prosecute complex criminal litigation. This role requires significant legal experience and a strong commitment to handling serious cases.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Manage complex criminal litigation, including major economic crimes, public corruption, drug trafficking, violent crimes, and child exploitation cases.
  • Handle all phases of prosecution: pre-trial, trials, sentencing, post-sentencing, and appeals.
  • Conduct independent legal research, writing, and prepare pleadings and correspondence.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and client agencies.
  • *Required Qualifications:**
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) Degree.
  • Active member of the bar in any U.S. jurisdiction.
  • Minimum of 3 years of post-J.D. legal or relevant experience.
  • *Preferred Skills & Experience:**
  • Substantial experience prosecuting complex criminal cases and grand jury practices.
  • Superior oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to function with minimal guidance in a demanding environment.
  • Excellent computer literacy, including electronic court filing and research.
