Seeking a skilled attorney with 3+ years post-J.D. experience to prosecute complex criminal litigation in a demanding environment.
We are seeking a highly qualified attorney to prosecute complex criminal litigation. This role requires significant legal experience and a strong commitment to handling serious cases. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage complex criminal litigation, including major economic crimes, public corruption, drug trafficking, violent crimes, and child exploitation cases. * Handle all phases of prosecution: pre-trial, trials, sentencing, post-sentencing, and appeals. * Conduct independent legal research, writing, and prepare pleadings and correspondence. * Collaborate effectively with team members and client agencies. **Required Qualifications:** * Juris Doctor (J.D.) Degree. * Active member of the bar in any U.S. jurisdiction. * Minimum of 3 years of post-J.D. legal or relevant experience. **Preferred Skills & Experience:** * Substantial experience prosecuting complex criminal cases and grand jury practices. * Superior oral and written communication skills. * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to function with minimal guidance in a demanding environment. * Excellent computer literacy, including electronic court filing and research. *Note: All qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of the announcement.*
