• *Key Contributions & Desired Experience:**
• Lead and participate in complex investigations.
• Perform substantive legal research and writing.
• Represent the Division in multiple jury trials and other court proceedings.
• Collaborate effectively while also demonstrating strong independent judgment in a demanding environment.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree or equivalent.
• Active member in good standing of the bar (any U.S. jurisdiction).
• Minimum of three (3) years of post-J.D. (or equivalent) legal or other relevant experience.
• United States Citizen or National.
• *Preferred Qualifications:**
• Extensive experience as a prosecutor, including complex investigation, substantive writing, and multiple jury trials.
• Prior judicial clerkship experience.
• Experience as a federal prosecutor.
• Demonstrated commitment to public service and high moral character.
• Exceptional judgment, strong work ethic, and superior communication/advocacy skills.
• Outstanding research, writing, and legal/factual analysis abilities.
• Capacity to function effectively with minimal guidance.
