Job Description

Lead strategic facilities operations, managing multi-million budgets, large teams, and high-level stakeholders for organizational excellence.
Seeking a strategic leader to oversee complex facilities operations and services, managing significant budgets, large teams, and high-level stakeholder relations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide strategic leadership for comprehensive facilities operations and services. * Manage multi-million dollar budgets and complex contracts. * Lead, supervise, and develop a large, diverse workforce. * Cultivate high-level stakeholder relationships, including Congressional and executive leadership. * Drive large-scale organizational changes and process improvements. * Ensure rigorous compliance with labor agreements and occupational safety regulations. **Required Qualifications:** * Meet U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) specialized experience requirements at the GS-15 level (equivalent to GS-14 federal service). * Proven ability in client service and conflict resolution. * Demonstrated experience fostering a culture of customer service excellence. **Highly Desired:** * Extensive experience overseeing the execution of budgets and complex contracts. * Background in the hospitality industry.
