Summary

Seeking an experienced financial professional to manage federal budgets, negotiate contracts, audit procedures, and lead staff.

We are seeking a highly experienced financial professional to oversee and manage critical federal and trust fund financial operations. This role involves comprehensive budget management, contract negotiation, financial auditing, and team leadership.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Formulate, justify, execute, and manage complex federal and trust (non-appropriated) fund budgets.
  • Develop and negotiate various contracts.
  • Conduct thorough internal audits of financial procedures.
  • Lead, direct, and coordinate the work of financial staff.
  • Prepare and present clear, concise financial summaries to stakeholders.
  • *Qualifications:**
  • **Specialized Experience:** Minimum one year of experience equivalent to the GS-14 level in the Federal Service, demonstrating proficiency in all key responsibilities listed above.
  • **General Experience:** All qualifying experience, including paid and unpaid (volunteer) work, will be considered. Please specify hours worked for part-time or unpaid roles.
