Summary
Seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support operations, leasing, and resident satisfaction for a 386-unit community.
- *Assistant Community Manager - The Montgomery (386 Units)**
This role supports the efficient operation of the property, ensuring high resident satisfaction and strong financial performance.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist with rent collection, processing payments, and managing delinquency.
- Support leasing activities, including new lease agreements, renewals, and move-in/move-out processes.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing resident inquiries and resolving concerns.
- Maintain accurate resident files, property records, and assist with financial reporting.
- Collaborate with the Community Manager on marketing, property operations, and community events.
- *Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in property management, customer service, or a related administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage) and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework desirable.
