Summary
Seeking a senior professional to manage complex architecture, historic preservation, and engineering projects, providing technical oversight and COR duties.
Manage and oversee complex building and historic preservation projects, ensuring compliance and providing technical leadership.
- *Responsibilities:**
- Perform design, technical reviews, and project management from planning through construction and closeout.
- Provide design development and technical guidance to professional Architect/Engineer (A/E) firms.
- Assess compliance with construction standards and prepare comprehensive construction documentation (drawings, specifications, scope of work).
- Serve as a Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) or equivalent for construction projects.
- *Qualifications:**
- At least 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 Federal service level or comparable.
- Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge and experience in architecture, historic preservation, and/or engineering concepts, methods, and procedures.
