Summary
Seeking an experienced attorney with 7+ years post-bar litigation/administrative law experience for an Appellate Immigration Judge position.
As an Appellate Immigration Judge (AIJ), you will apply legal expertise in formal hearings and appeals. This critical role demands a high level of competence, impartiality, and professionalism.
- *Minimum Qualifications:**
- **Education:** Possess an LL.B., J.D., or LL.M. degree.
- **Licensure:** Must be an active member of the bar, duly licensed and authorized to practice law as an attorney in any U.S. state, territory, or the District of Columbia.
- **Experience:** Seven (7) years of post-bar admission experience as a licensed attorney. This experience must involve preparing for, participating in, and/or appealing formal hearings or trials related to:
