Summary

Seeking E-CTI graduates/students for Air Traffic Control Specialist roles, requiring specific experience/education and strict age compliance.

Join our team as an Air Traffic Control Specialist. We are seeking qualified E-CTI program graduates and students who meet the following requirements:

  • *Application & Endorsement:**
  • Apply through USAJOBS.gov and submit all required supporting documents (e.g., resume, transcripts).
  • Provide an official endorsement letter from your E-CTI program (Pre-Endorsement for current students, Endorsement for graduates).
  • Achieve a well-qualified result on the Air Traffic Skills Assessment (ATSA). Applicants are responsible for all travel and testing costs.
  • *Qualifications:**
  • One year of full-time (40 hours/week) work experience; or
  • A 4-year course of study leading to a bachelor’s degree; or
  • A combination of relevant experience and education; or
  • Specialized air traffic experience; or
  • Alternative requirements, such as an appropriate facility rating or FAA certificate.
  • *Age Requirement:**
  • You must be under 31 years of age on the date of application submission.
  • Exceptions apply for civilian ATCS with FAA or DOD hired prior to age 31 (proof via SF-50 required).
