Administrative/Technical Specialist

This role involves performing critical action officer functions to enhance organizational management. You will coordinate and facilitate division-wide initiatives, meticulously track actions and milestones, and present essential data to leadership. A key aspect is assisting in the development and tracking of metrics to improve operational efficiency, processes, and procedures.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional or division-wide initiatives.
• Track and manage project actions, deadlines, and milestones.
• Prepare and present performance data and reports to leadership.
• Support the development and implementation of management metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve organizational operations and processes.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• One year of specialized experience at the NT-02 (GS-05 through GS-08 equivalent) federal pay band, or equivalent in the private or public sector.
• Demonstrated experience in action officer functions, specifically:

* Coordinating and facilitating initiatives. * Tracking actions and milestones. * Presenting data to leadership.

• Experience assisting with metric development and tracking for operational improvements.
• Relevant experience includes paid and unpaid work.
