Job Description
Summary
Coordinate initiatives, track actions, and present data to leadership for improved organizational operations and metrics.
This role involves performing critical action officer functions to enhance organizational management. You will coordinate and facilitate division-wide initiatives, meticulously track actions and milestones, and present essential data to leadership. A key aspect is assisting in the development and tracking of metrics to improve operational efficiency, processes, and procedures.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional or division-wide initiatives.
- Track and manage project actions, deadlines, and milestones.
- Prepare and present performance data and reports to leadership.
- Support the development and implementation of management metrics.
- Identify opportunities to improve organizational operations and processes.
- *Required Qualifications:**
- One year of specialized experience at the NT-02 (GS-05 through GS-08 equivalent) federal pay band, or equivalent in the private or public sector.
- Demonstrated experience in action officer functions, specifically:
- Experience assisting with metric development and tracking for operational improvements.
- Relevant experience includes paid and unpaid work.
