Administrative/Technical Spec

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial and Program Analyst to evaluate financial management programs, ensure compliance, and drive strategic improvements.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Analyze and evaluate complex financial management programs and projects.
• Develop and present comprehensive written and oral reports and briefings to diverse stakeholders.
• Examine financial data to ensure rigorous fiscal management and strict adherence to policy and statutory requirements.
• Assess data-driven insights to recommend and implement innovative techniques for system and program optimization, or to resolve critical issues.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• Minimum of one year of specialized experience equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12) Federal pay band, or comparable experience in the private or public sector.
• Demonstrated experience in all key responsibility areas listed above is essential.
