Summary
Support senior leaders by developing policies, managing calendars, and coordinating crucial internal and external meetings.
This position requires an organized and proactive professional to provide essential administrative and programmatic support.
- *Responsibilities:**
- Develop clear administrative and programmatic policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Manage senior leaders' calendars, including expert appointment scheduling.
- Serve as a primary liaison for internal and external meetings, coordinating scheduling, site logistics, agendas, visual aids, and post-meeting follow-ups.
- *Requirements:**
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience demonstrating strong competencies in policy development, calendar management, and meeting coordination.
- Qualifying experience includes paid, unpaid, volunteer work, or military service.
- All qualifications must be met within 30 days after the announcement's closing date.
