Administrative Officer

We are seeking a highly capable professional to lead our Operations Business Management team. This role is crucial for overseeing key operational functions, ensuring fiscal responsibility, and driving continuous improvement.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Lead the Operations Business Management team, managing budget, human resources, and project portfolios.
• Prepare and manage budget estimates, fiscal operating plans, and comprehensive financial justifications.
• Evaluate and enhance internal processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste, fraud, and abuse.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• One year of specialized experience demonstrating leadership in operations business management, equivalent to the GS-13 federal service level.
• Proven expertise in Budget Administration, Human Resources Management, and Project Management.
• Strong aptitude for Creativity and Innovation in developing and implementing process improvements.
• *Work Environment & Travel:**
• Involves typical office duties including using standard office equipment and carrying light materials.
• Occasional travel is required for training and national meetings.
