We are seeking a highly capable professional to lead our Operations Business Management team. This role is crucial for overseeing key operational functions, ensuring fiscal responsibility, and driving continuous improvement.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead the Operations Business Management team, managing budget, human resources, and project portfolios.
- Prepare and manage budget estimates, fiscal operating plans, and comprehensive financial justifications.
- Evaluate and enhance internal processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste, fraud, and abuse.
- *Required Qualifications:**
- One year of specialized experience demonstrating leadership in operations business management, equivalent to the GS-13 federal service level.
- Proven expertise in Budget Administration, Human Resources Management, and Project Management.
- Strong aptitude for Creativity and Innovation in developing and implementing process improvements.
- *Work Environment & Travel:**
- Involves typical office duties including using standard office equipment and carrying light materials.
- Occasional travel is required for training and national meetings.
