Seeking a detail-oriented professional for administrative and financial management, overseeing budget, procurement, policies, and workflow.
Join our team in a pivotal administrative and financial management role. We are seeking a professional with at least one year of specialized experience at the federal GS-05/10 level or equivalent in the private or public sector. This experience may include paid, unpaid, or volunteer work.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop, manage, and apply budget and accounting policies within a revolving fund environment.
- Conduct studies and analyses of administrative policies and procedures.
- Manage division-level procurements, contracting, and equipment control procedures.
- Evaluate financial management policies and procedures.
- Analyze and oversee daily office workflow, ensuring proper routing and tracking.
- Communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) to support integrated advisory and program work.
