Summary

Lead RTI's enterprise marketing, building a high-performing team to drive growth via AI and digital innovation.

RTI International seeks a strategic marketing leader to build and lead a new enterprise-wide marketing organization. This role focuses on driving growth across public and commercial sectors by leveraging cutting-edge AI and digital technologies to enhance brand, customer engagement, and revenue.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Develop and execute RTI's enterprise-wide marketing strategy, aligning initiatives with institutional goals.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to Growth, Solutions, and Executive leadership.
  • Provide enterprise leadership for brand positioning, event strategy, and RTI's digital presence.
  • Lead efforts to establish RTI as a mission-driven organization and trusted thought leader.
  • Direct core marketing sub-functions including Promotion & Engagement, Marketing Operations, Content Development, and Conferences & Events.
  • Leverage AI, predictive analytics, marketing automation, and dynamic content for personalized, data-driven engagement.
  • Drive an integrated thought leadership and content strategy, amplifying scientific expertise.
  • Build and operationalize a marketing performance framework with KPIs and real-time analytics.
  • Cultivate relationships with key industry stakeholders, media, and strategic partners.
  • Collaborate closely with Corporate Affairs for aligned client-facing communications.
  • *Qualifications:**
  • **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • **Experience:**
* 15+ years of progressive B2B or B2G marketing experience. * 5+ years in a senior marketing leadership role. * Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive brand growth, market share, and revenue across diverse channels. * Deep understanding of brand positioning, development, and governance. * Advanced understanding of AI and digital marketing capabilities (e.g., predictive analytics, marketing automation, CRM integration, personalization). * Demonstrated ability to scale demand generation programs through integrated campaigns and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
  • **Skills:**
* Strong planning, organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in developing and managing thought leadership platforms. * Skilled in leading and mentoring high-performing marketing teams. * Adept at leveraging analytics, KPIs, and marketing automation tools to measure impact. * Experience managing marketing budgets with a focus on efficiency. * Exceptional verbal and written communication and influencing skills. * Ability to lead through ambiguity, drive transformation, and scale marketing capabilities.
