Supervise IT systems analysis and complex projects, leading teams to optimize enterprise solutions and ensure operational excellence.
Join our team as a Supervisory IT Specialist (Systems Analysis) to lead complex IT projects and optimize enterprise systems. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, project management acumen, and leadership skills to drive innovation and efficiency.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead enterprise systems analysis and requirements management, recommending and implementing improvements across various platforms (e.g., organizational, operational, business applications).
- Administer and manage complex IT projects throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC), from design to implementation and maintenance of application software.
- Oversee IT risk management, quality assurance, and compliance activities for enterprise systems.
- Provide supervisory guidance, technical direction, and performance oversight to IT specialists and contractors, including staffing and resource allocation.
- Identify and resolve advanced customer support issues related to enterprise systems, and manage critical system interface agreements.
- Drive business process improvements and contribute to strategic planning to enhance organizational efficiency.
- *Required Qualifications:**
- One year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-12 level (or comparable private sector experience) in IT systems analysis, project management, and team leadership.
- Demonstrated expertise in enterprise systems analysis, software development lifecycle, and IT project management.
- Proficiency in IT risk management, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage IT teams and allocate project resources effectively.
- Experience in advanced customer support and managing system integration interfaces.
- Strong analytical skills for business process improvement and strategic planning.
