Senior Software Engineer, Front End

Join Capital One as a Senior Software Engineer on the Emerging Payments External Integration team, focusing on web features for Digital Wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Samsung Pay, Paze). This is a full-stack role within a cross-functional Agile environment, contributing to significant financial technology transformations.

• *What You'll Do:**
• Design, develop, test, implement, and support full-stack technical solutions in Agile teams.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, experiment, and contribute to engineering communities, including mentoring.
• Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions for millions of users.
• Utilize a diverse tech stack including JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, Go.
• Work with Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services.
• *Qualifications:**
• **Basic Requirements:**

* Bachelor’s Degree. * 3+ years of experience in software engineering.

• **Preferred Skills:**

* 5+ years of experience with JavaScript, React, Angular, Node, TypeScript, or Java. * 1+ year of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or other cloud services. * 3+ years of experience in open source frameworks. * 2+ years of experience in Agile practices.
