Senior Associate, User Experience Research Operations

The Experience Design (XD) Research Operations team is seeking a Senior Research Operations Associate to enhance research capabilities and practices. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution to empower researchers and designers. **What You'll Do:** * **Process Optimization & Enablement:** Manage research project logistics and implement process improvements for efficiency. * **Research Governance & Compliance:** Ensure high standards in ethics, privacy, and data protection for all projects. * **Knowledge Management:** Develop and maintain a library of research practices, resources, and templates for consistency. * **Research Advocacy:** Identify new ways to promote research findings across the organization. * **Project Management:** Collaborate with Research and Design teams to understand needs and manage project systems and logistics. **Basic Qualifications:** * At least 2 years of experience in UX or Research Operations, project management, or process improvement. * At least 1 year of experience working directly with Research or Design teams. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Highly effective verbal and written communication skills. * Strong systems thinking with a track record for establishing scalable practices. * Strategic acumen to anticipate and solve complex cross-functional problems. * Robust project management experience with a commitment to continuous improvement. * Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment. * Experience with research tools and vendors. * Familiarity with panel management strategies and technology. * 2+ years experience managing risk in highly regulated research environments. * 2+ years experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira) and data visualization tools (e.g., Confluence).
