Senior Associate, User Experience Research Operations

Join our Experience Design (XD) Research Operations team as a Senior Associate. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution to elevate research capabilities and efficiency, enabling high-quality design and research insights at scale. **Key Responsibilities:** * Optimize research processes and logistics for multiple projects. * Ensure compliance with research governance, ethics, and data protection standards. * Develop and manage knowledge resources, practices, and templates. * Champion research findings and methodologies across the organization. * Provide comprehensive project management support to Research and Design teams. **Qualifications:** * At least 2 years of experience in UX or Research Operations, project management, or process improvement. * Direct experience working with Research or Design teams. * Highly effective verbal and written communication skills. * Strong systems thinking with a track record for scaling design and research practices. * Proven project management expertise and commitment to continuous improvement. * Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment. * Experience with research tools, vendors, or panel management is a plus. * Familiarity with managing risk in regulated research environments. * Experience with project management tools like Jira and data visualization tools such as Confluence.
