Program Analyst (Drug And Alcohol) - Sme (Open To Both U.S. Citizens And Federal Employees)

We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced professional to manage and ensure compliance for federal drug and alcohol programs. This role requires strong communication skills and expertise in program evaluation and regulatory oversight.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Conduct in-depth qualitative and quantitative analytical studies on drug/alcohol programs.
• Interpret, draft, review, and edit program guidance, policies, and regulations.
• Clearly communicate program requirements and information to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage program development, scheduling, resource allocation, and monitor performance, including contractor oversight.
• *Required Qualifications (GS-13 Level):**
• Minimum one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level.
• Proven experience applying analytical and evaluative methods to drug/alcohol programs.
• Expertise in interpreting, drafting, and communicating regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated knowledge of federal compliance procedures for program monitoring.
• Strong program management skills, including planning, resource coordination, and performance tracking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
