Job Description
Summary
Lead federal drug/alcohol program analysis, compliance, and communication, requiring strong analytical and management skills.
We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced professional to manage and ensure compliance for federal drug and alcohol programs. This role requires strong communication skills and expertise in program evaluation and regulatory oversight.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct in-depth qualitative and quantitative analytical studies on drug/alcohol programs.
- Interpret, draft, review, and edit program guidance, policies, and regulations.
- Clearly communicate program requirements and information to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage program development, scheduling, resource allocation, and monitor performance, including contractor oversight.
- *Required Qualifications (GS-13 Level):**
- Minimum one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level.
- Proven experience applying analytical and evaluative methods to drug/alcohol programs.
- Expertise in interpreting, drafting, and communicating regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal compliance procedures for program monitoring.
- Strong program management skills, including planning, resource coordination, and performance tracking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- *Note: Relevant volunteer experience is considered for qualification.*
