Program Analyst

This position requires one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level (or equivalent in private sector/military). Key responsibilities include:

• Interpreting policies to align with program cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
• Analyzing program areas for accountability in cost, schedule, and performance.
• Managing processes for contract awards, modifications, and execution.
• Developing work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Creating audit plans and processes to ensure timely, high-quality contractor deliverables.
• Assisting with final evaluations of contractor performance.
