Principal Associate, User Experience Research Operations Join our Experience Design (XD) Research Operations team, transforming capabilities to deliver high-quality, accessible design and research insights at scale. This blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution empowers researchers and designers. Key Responsibilities: * **Process Optimization:** Define and lead process improvements, building efficient systems for the team. * **Research Governance:** Champion ethics, privacy, and data protection standards across all projects. * **Knowledge Management:** Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of research practices and resources. * **Research Advocacy:** Evangelize research insights and advance the Research Operations practice. * **Project Management:** Manage systems and logistics for multiple research projects, proposing scalable solutions. Basic Qualifications: * 4+ years of experience in UX or Research Operations, project management, or process improvement. * Direct experience working with Research or Design teams. Preferred Qualifications: * Highly effective verbal and written communication skills. * Strong systems thinking with a track record for scaling Design and Research teams. * Strategic acumen and foresight for complex cross-functional problems. * Excellence in project management and commitment to continuous improvement. * Experience with research tools and vendors. * Proven ability to work autonomously and support peers through ambiguity. * 4+ years experience managing risk within highly regulated research environments. * 4+ years experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira) and data visualization tools (e.g., Confluence).
