Membership, Marketing and Events Coordinator

Join our small team in a hybrid role (Bethesda, MD) providing essential administrative and customer service support for our association's clients and members. This position focuses on maintaining data integrity, coordinating events, and managing communications. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and maintain the accuracy of membership databases. * Provide administrative support for event reservations, sales (booth/sponsorship), awards, and certification testing. * Assist in promoting membership, events, and programs through various communication channels. * Update and monitor website content to ensure accuracy and relevance. * Develop and distribute marketing emails and social media content. * Support the execution of conferences, meetings, and special events. **Required Qualifications:** * Exceptional customer service and strong communication skills (written/verbal). * Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. * Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and ability to quickly learn new software. * Experience with AMS/CRM databases and business social media applications is highly preferred. * Proactive, strategic thinker with initiative and high professionalism. * Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team. * Direct experience in association membership services is highly preferred. **Compensation & Benefits:** * Salary: $47,000 - $52,000 annually * Benefits include 401(k) with matching, flexible schedule, and professional development assistance.
