Marketing Specialist

Virginia Cancer Specialists, an affiliate of McKesson Specialty Health and US Oncology, is seeking a **Full-Time Marketing Specialist** to join our team at the Administrative office in **Fairfax, Virginia**. This role is crucial for supporting new patient growth by providing comprehensive operational and administrative support to our Marketing and Practice Growth team. We offer excellent benefits, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Holidays, and 401k. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Marketing Operations & Project Coordination:** * Coordinate with vendors for marketing collateral production and distribution. * Maintain and update physician and location profiles and business listings. * Manage and support the project management platform and referral records (SalesForce). * **Digital Marketing & Social Media Support:** * Assist with light graphic design and ensure brand guideline adherence. * Develop and execute social media content calendars across platforms. * Coordinate photo/video capture and source patient testimonials. * Update and manage web content. * **Local Event & Sales Support:** * Plan, execute, and manage community, internal, and professional networking events. * Provide administrative support, including marketing inventory management, scheduling meetings, and local deliveries. * Manage mailing campaigns and contact lists. * Create presentation materials (slide decks, agendas). * Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans, including competitive analysis and new service promotion. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. * 0-3 years of relevant work experience. * Prior marketing experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
