Marketing Designer (B2B Campaigns) - Contract

SmartLogic is seeking a **Contract Marketing Designer** for a pilot engagement in Q4 2025, with the potential to transition to a retainer in 2026.

This role focuses on designing persona-driven marketing assets to generate Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) for our custom web and mobile application consultancy.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Transform campaign copy into visually compelling, on-brand deliverables.
• Design landing pages focused on pain points, outcomes, and calls-to-action.
• Create polished sales enablement collateral, including decks.
• Produce optimized ad creative for digital channels (e.g., LinkedIn).
• Deliverables include case study one-pagers, landing page designs, ad variations, and visuals for blogs/newsletters.
• *What We're Looking For:**
• Experience designing for B2B SaaS and/or nonprofit/mission-driven campaigns.
• Strong portfolio showcasing one-pagers, decks, landing pages, and ads.
• Ability to translate copy into visually impactful, brand-aligned assets.
• Familiarity with web accessibility standards and responsive design best practices.
• Collaborative and iterative design approach.
• Deliverables must be clear, professional, persona-aligned, and provided as editable design files (Figma, Canva, Google Slides).
• *Support Provided:**
• Access to brand guidelines, messaging playbooks, campaign briefs, copy assets, and collaboration with the marketing team.
• *Contract Details:**
• Pilot engagement for Q4 2025, not to exceed 40 hours per month.
• Please provide your hourly rate.
• Flexible invoicing options (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) with Net 15 payment terms.
• Successful pilot may lead to a monthly retainer structure in 2026, based on deliverables.
