  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Execute comprehensive public relations and communications programs aligned with firm initiatives and business goals.
  • Advance the firm's reputation and brand through website strategies, blogs, social media, and content promotion.
  • Oversee and produce diverse digital and print promotional and communication materials, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Manage the firm's awards and surveys program, including editorial-based responses.
  • Identify and create internal/external promotional opportunities, including engaging communications grounded in diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and business development teams to ensure news and feature stories are current and appealing.
  • Assist in managing the internal communications and public relations team, fostering collaboration and an ambitious spirit.
  • Contribute to managing selected external agencies and consultants.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and a service-oriented attitude.

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 7-10 years of communications, public relations, marketing, or journalism experience.
  • Law firm or professional services experience strongly preferred.
  • Previous experience successfully managing direct reports preferred.
