Capital One is seeking a Manager, Card Executive Communications (Hybrid) to develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies for a senior Card executive. This role focuses on shaping internal narratives, fostering engagement, and aligning teams with the organization's vision.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement executive communication strategies to enhance the leader's internal brand and articulate organizational narratives.
* Curate engaging experiences, including leadership gatherings, all-employee meetings, digital/video storytelling, and special events.
* Serve as a strategic partner, providing counsel on business strategy, leadership profiles, and issue management.
* Lead change management communications, drafting talking points and presentations for leaders.
* Evaluate communication performance using metrics, recommending refinements and new feedback mechanisms.
* Collaborate effectively with HR, Chiefs of Staff, and other stakeholders to drive communication initiatives.
**Required Skills & Experience:**
* Bachelor's Degree or military experience.
* At least 5 years of experience in developing and implementing integrated communication strategies, including organizational change.
* Exceptional writing, storytelling, and presentation skills.
* Ability to distill complex content into clear, concise, and engaging communications.
* Strong business acumen, customer-orientation, and proven collaborative work relationships.
* Excellent judgment with the ability to work autonomously and influence senior leaders.
* Outstanding time management, organizational, and project leadership skills, managing multiple initiatives concurrently.
* Experience managing issues, crisis communications, and organizational change communications.
**Compensation & Benefits:**
* Annual Salary Ranges: McLean, VA: $126,700 - $144,600; Richmond, VA: $115,200 - $131,500.
* Eligible for performance-based incentive compensation (cash bonus and/or long-term incentives).
