## Litigation Graphics Consultant **Employment Type:** Full Time, Mid-Level **Department:** Litigation Support **Location:** Remote (Bay Area preferred), supporting San Jose, CA trial CGS is seeking a creative and skilled Litigation Graphics Consultant to join our team supporting a large Federal agency. This role involves developing compelling visual presentations for complex litigation proceedings. ### Key Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and maintain a wide range of creative and engaging graphics for litigation, including timelines, document excerpts, diagrams, and scene recreations. * Conduct video editing and format conversions for court use. * Provide Audio Visual (AV) system setup, support, and teardown, along with basic IT support (e.g., printers, networking). * Ensure all evidence is presented efficiently and clearly in court presentations. * Collaborate with client experts and third-party witnesses to develop and refine graphics, including expert report diagrams, opening, and closing slides. * Interpret complex data to create impactful graphical representations. * Manage project timelines, provide realistic estimates, and meet all established deadlines. * Provide 24/7 availability during the local San Jose, CA trial (team-based coverage). ### Required Qualifications: * Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia, Digital Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related concentration. * Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in graphic design, ideally within a litigation or legal support context. * High proficiency in graphic design principles, infographics, and Microsoft PowerPoint (2019/365). * Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator). * Ability to create, design, and modify mockups for web-based platforms. * Must provide samples of independently designed graphics. * Proven ability to self-manage projects and work effectively within tight deadlines. * Strong collaborative skills for team settings. ### Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with web technologies such as WordPress, Webflow, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, and Dreamweaver. * Based in the Bay Area to align with client time zones, though most work is remote.
