## Litigation Graphics Consultant **Employment Type:** Full Time, Mid-Level **Department:** Litigation Support CGS is seeking a **Litigation Graphics Consultant** to join our team supporting a large Federal agency. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining creative and engaging graphics for litigation proceedings, ensuring evidence is presented clearly and efficiently in court. ### Key Responsibilities: * Design and produce a variety of litigation graphics, including timelines, document excerpts, diagrams, and scene recreations. * Perform video editing and format conversions for court presentations. * Conduct Audio Visual (AV) system setup, support, and teardown, along with basic IT troubleshooting (e.g., printers, connectivity) as needed. * Assist with the revision and improvement of graphics for expert reports, opening, and closing statements. * Consult with client experts and third-party witnesses to develop and refine visual aids. * Interpret data to create clear graphical representations of information. * Provide realistic time estimates for graphic development and consistently meet established deadlines. * Be available 24/7 during local trial periods in San Jose, CA. ### Required Qualifications: * Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia, Digital Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related concentration. * Minimum of three (3) years of relevant graphic design experience. * High proficiency in graphic design, infographics, and MS PowerPoint (2019/365). * Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite. * Ability to create, design, and modify mockups for web-based platforms. * Must provide samples of independently designed graphics. * Proven ability to self-manage projects and work effectively under tight deadlines. * Strong collaborative skills for team settings. ### Desired Qualifications: * Based in the Bay Area to align with client time zones and trial location.
