Litigation Graphics Consultant

CGS is seeking a Litigation Graphics Consultant to join our team, supporting a large Federal agency with creative visual solutions for litigation. This mid-level, full-time role is within our Litigation Support Department. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and maintain engaging graphics for litigation proceedings (e.g., timelines, diagrams, scene recreations, document excerpts). * Perform video editing and format conversions. * Conduct Audio Visual (AV) system setup, support, and basic IT assistance (e.g., printers, networking) for case presentations. * Ensure efficient and clear presentation of all evidence in court. * Assist with revising and improving diagrams/figures in expert reports. * Develop and refine opening and closing slides. * Consult with client experts and third-party witnesses to develop/refine graphics. * Interpret complex data to create clear graphical representations. * Provide realistic time estimates for graphics requests and meet all established deadlines. * Maintain 24/7 availability during the local San Jose, CA trial period. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia, Digital Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related concentration. * Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience. * High proficiency in graphic design, infographics, and MS PowerPoint (2019/365). * Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite. * Experience with WordPress, Webflow, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, and Dreamweaver is preferred. * Ability to create, design, and modify mockups for web-based platforms. * Must be able to provide samples of previously designed graphics. * Strong ability to self-manage projects, work within tight deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a team setting. **Location Preference:** Candidates based in the Bay Area are preferred due to the client trial staff in San Francisco and the trial location in San Jose, CA. While most work can be done remotely, this preference helps with time zone alignment.
