Junior Web Developer (Php)

Pioneering Evolution is seeking a passionate Junior Web Developer to contribute to our web application development, focusing on clean code, progressive UIs, and robust software. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow into a Laravel/Vue engineer, learning design patterns and S.O.L.I.D. principles.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Collaborate with requirements and architecture teams to translate needs into detailed design documentation, including UI mock-ups and diagrams.
• Develop clean, efficient PHP and JavaScript code, ensuring cross-browser compatibility, performance, and adherence to web standards.
• Create time-sensitive scripts and reports for client management.
• Become an expert in our products and coding standards, assisting the development team with design, implementation, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Partner with the test team to ensure effective testing and timely delivery of quality features.
• Manage project schedules, deadlines, and requests independently.
• Work effectively with management, customers, and technical staff to analyze and resolve issues.
• *Required Experience & Skills:**
• 1-3 years of web application development experience.
• Strong PHP development skills, including OOP and MVC frameworks (especially Laravel).
• Strong JavaScript development skills, including experience with jQuery or similar frameworks (especially Angular).
• Proficiency in database design and complex queries using MySQL.
• Experience with version control, specifically Git.
• Proven ability in designing complex, data-driven web applications.
• Experience with design documentation using UML (e.g., use case models, class diagrams).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines in an agile, fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in a collaborative, team-driven software development environment.
• *Desired Experience (Plus Points):**
• Experience designing intuitive user interfaces (e.g., with Balsamiq Mockups).
