Job Description

Lead technical teams and apply cybersecurity expertise to enterprise voice and video network systems.
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following requirements: Education: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Science, Information Systems Management, Mathematics, Operations Research, Statistics, or Technology Management. * Alternatively, a degree with a minimum of 24 semester hours in one of the above fields, focused on application, system, or network development. Experience: * Minimum of one year demonstrating competencies for success. This includes leading technical teams and providing cybersecurity knowledge across IT disciplines, systems, and applications supporting enterprise voice and video network systems. Required Competencies (demonstrated through experience): * Attention to Detail: Reviewing IT work/data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. * Customer Service: Building relationships, anticipating IT needs, and tailoring solutions. * Oral Communication: Briefing senior management and IT staff, explaining complex technical information to non-technical audiences. * Problem Solving: Identifying and evaluating alternatives for complex IT issues, and anticipating problems. Note: All qualifications must be met within 30 days of the closing date. Qualifying experience includes paid, unpaid, volunteer, and military service.
