Digital Marketing Project Manager

The Digital Project Manager will be the operational hub for digital initiatives, translating marketing and technology priorities into actionable project plans and ensuring successful delivery. This role involves managing projects across various digital channels, coordinating stakeholders, and optimizing marketing technology.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• **Project Planning & Governance:** Manage the digital project intake process, define requirements, establish scope, and standardize project management workflows and reporting.
• **Execution & Delivery:** Oversee project execution across web, email, social, and analytics, balancing priorities, managing risks, and coordinating internal and external teams. Lead QA/QC processes.
• **Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration:** Act as the central point of contact for digital initiatives, facilitate meetings, and ensure alignment and collaboration with various departments.
• **Marketing Technology & Operations:** Partner with IT to manage and optimize the marketing technology stack (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics, WordPress). Document workflows, oversee vendor coordination, and improve data hygiene.
• **Measurement & Reporting:** Track project progress using KPIs, build dashboards for leadership visibility, and translate performance data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• *Qualifications:**
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
• **5+ years** of demonstrated success in digital marketing, MarTech, or IT/digital project management.
• Proficiency with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Jira) and Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot/Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, WordPress).
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, capable of managing stakeholders at all levels.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, Agile, or similar project management certification strongly preferred.
