Job Description

Creative Designer needed to transform event concepts into stunning visuals using Cvent platforms, requiring strong design and client skills.
Cvent is seeking a versatile Creative Designer to join our Integrated Events Team. This role focuses on transforming event ideas into stunning visual experiences and branding assets using our Splash and Cvent CMS platforms. You will work directly with customers to conceptualize, design, and deliver solutions that align with their brand guidelines and business goals. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage timelines, requirements, and logistics for multiple design projects. * Analyze customer brand assets to understand project goals and deliverables. * Translate creative briefs into engaging designs on Cvent and Splash platforms. * Ensure designs adhere to branding, accessibility standards, and ease-of-use for event touchpoints. * Act as a creative subject matter expert for internal teams, offering troubleshooting and best practices. * Communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders. * Support pre-meeting logistics including asset review and creative briefings. * Track service budgets, usage, and deadlines accurately. * Collaborate to ensure deliverables align with program goals and compliance. * Develop detailed design solutions that engage and inspire event attendees. * Maintain professional client relationships and ensure brand consistency across projects. * Contribute to program development, special projects, and process improvements. * Coordinate with Creative, Professional Services, Product, and Development teams. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, web design, user experience, or related field, or equivalent experience. * Minimum 4 years of design experience. * Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. * Strong expertise in user experience (UX) principles. * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. * Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management or event tools is a plus. * Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. * Customer-service mindset with strong interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, cross-functional team. * Self-starter with a proactive attitude and passion for continuous improvement. * Hands-on experience with content management systems (CMS). *Note: Sponsorship for this position is not available.*
