Job Description
Summary
Physically demanding role supporting detainees and staff, requiring significant strength, endurance, and emergency response capabilities.
This role requires significant physical stamina and agility. Candidates must be able to:
- Maintain prolonged periods of sitting or standing (6-8 hours).
- Perform repeated bending motions.
- Possess average manual dexterity for computer and phone operations.
- Walk unassisted at a normal pace for up to 5 minutes and maintain balance.
- Be capable of jogging or fast walking up to a quarter-mile.
- Perform CPR and emergency care, whether standing or kneeling.
- Assist sick, injured, or aging detainees or staff in exiting buildings, which may involve lifting, dragging, wheeling, or carrying individuals heavier than oneself.
