Seeking a CDC with 3+ years of 4-star Sous Chef experience to lead luxury hotel kitchen operations.
## Chef de Cuisine (CDC)
**Location:** Washington D.C.
**Salary:** $85,000 + Benefits
We are seeking a creative and collaborative Chef de Cuisine to lead culinary operations within a luxury hotel, overseeing the main outlet, bar, and in-room dining (IRD).
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Oversee all kitchen functions, ensuring high standards for outlet, bar, and in-room dining.
* Manage and mentor all kitchen staff, including line cooks, pantry, and pastry teams.
* Maintain an efficient, high-quality, and collaborative kitchen environment.
**Qualifications:**
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a 4-star hotel or restaurant.
* Food handling certificate (preferred).
* Union environment experience (preferred).
* Bilingual proficiency (preferred).
**Compensation & Benefits:**
* Annual Salary: $85,000
