Summary
Seeking an experienced Attorney to litigate and advise on federal contract disputes, requiring a JD and active bar membership.
## About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Attorney to independently handle complex legal matters. You will be instrumental in drafting legal documents, providing expert advice, and representing clients in litigation.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Independently draft and prepare pretrial briefs, motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
- Provide legal advice and services, interpreting federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Litigate cases before administrative bodies and federal courts.
- Communicate effectively, negotiate with third parties, and deliver professional legal presentations.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research using diverse resources to ensure accuracy.
- *Required:**
- Juris Doctorate (JD) from an American Bar Association (ABA) accredited law school.
- Active bar membership in good standing in a U.S. state, territory, District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico.
- Minimum of 3 years of legal practice experience, including advising clients in contract disputes or commercial litigation.
- Strong knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to federal government contracts.
- *Note:** Federal judicial clerkship experience can be included in the 3-year experience computation.
