Associate Counsel

We are seeking a highly skilled legal professional to provide expert advice and analysis to senior agency leadership. This role requires exceptional analytical and communication skills to navigate complex legal issues and drive key initiatives.

• Conduct complex legal research and in-depth analysis.
• Present clear, precise, and persuasive legal recommendations, both orally and in writing.
• Manage a substantial workload under tight deadlines and evolving priorities.
• Interpret exceptionally complex information to formulate logical conclusions and recommendations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on critical initiatives for senior Agency leadership.
• *Highly Desired Skills:**
• Experience providing legal advice on criminal investigations, employee misconduct, and ethics.
• Familiarity with the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Intelligence Community.
• Prior experience working with Congress.
