Associate Administrator For Pipeline Safety

Seeking a highly qualified Senior Executive Service (SES) leader to drive efficiency and lead critical safety programs within the federal government.

• *Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:**
• *Technical Qualifications (TQs) – Demonstrate Executive Experience In:**
• Leading government, international, or public office safety programs, particularly pipeline safety initiatives, in partnership with Federal, State, and/or local organizations.
• Advanced knowledge of pipeline operations, integrity, and safety programs.
• *Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs) – All New SES Entrants Must Show Proficiency In:**
• **Commitment to the Rule of Law & American Founding Principles:** Upholding the Constitution and serving the American people.
• **Driving Efficiency:** Strategically managing resources, budgeting effectively, reducing waste, and implementing process/technological upgrades.
• **Merit and Competence:** Consistently producing work of exceptional quality.
• **Leading People:** Inspiring teams, fostering a high-performance culture, driving accountability, and guiding through change.
• **Achieving Results:** Delivering individual and organizational outcomes aligned with strategic goals.
• *Note on ECQs:** If you are a current SES member, an OPM-approved SES Candidate Development Program (CDP) graduate, or have SES reinstatement eligibility, you do not need to address ECQs. Instead, provide proof of your eligibility (e.g., SF-50, OPM QRB certification).
