This role focuses on optimizing the candidate experience and evolving our digital strategy. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support end-to-end digital projects and website development. * Manage and maintain CMS content, ensuring brand standards and platform evolution. * Develop content requirements, page types, and templates for new digital assets. * Contribute to digital strategy and roadmap, recommending user experience enhancements (mobile/desktop, speed, information architecture). * Conduct web content audits, identifying improvements and developing strategic solutions. * Ensure website quality, accessibility, and perform thorough QA testing. * Utilize analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) to inform and drive decision-making. * Showcase the Capital One employer brand across various digital channels. **Qualifications:** **Basic:** * Bachelor’s degree or military experience. * At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing. **Preferred:** * 1+ year of experience in financial services or a highly regulated industry. * 1+ year of experience with Content Management Systems (CMS). **Location:** McLean, Virginia **Salary Range (McLean, VA):** $80,100 - $91,400 *Note: Capital One will not sponsor new employment authorization for this position.*
