**Key Responsibilities:**
* Collaborate with communications managers to develop and produce a wide range of internal written communications, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
* Manage end-to-end production of timely, relevant, and engaging monthly newsletters.
* Write and publish internal intranet articles highlighting key projects and initiatives.
* Produce and syndicate a weekly Slack newsletter across organizational channels.
* Develop presentation and written materials for seasonal communication initiatives (e.g., Associate Appreciation Week, promotions).
* Support announcements related to team structure changes, ensuring clarity and sensitivity.
* Maintain accurate distribution lists for effective, targeted communication delivery.
* Track and analyze communication performance metrics to recommend continuous improvements.
* Build and maintain efficient processes for seamless stakeholder collaboration.

**Qualifications:**

* *Preferred:* Experience in the financial services industry.
