We are seeking a highly skilled individual with a strong background in IT leadership and service delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and lead IT teams, ensuring efficient operations. * Resolve complex IT problems and conflicts effectively. * Oversee VA Service Desk operations, maintaining high service standards. * Manage Active Directory and account management functions. **Required Qualifications:** * Minimum one year of specialized IT experience in supervisory roles, equivalent to GS-13 federal service. * Strong interpersonal, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills. * Deep understanding of VA Service Desk operations. * Working knowledge of Active Directory and Account Management. **Core IT Competencies:** * **Attention to Detail:** Thorough and conscientious in all work. * **Customer Service:** Committed to assessing needs and providing quality support. * **Oral Communication:** Expresses information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. * **Problem Solving:** Identifies issues, evaluates alternatives, and provides sound recommendations. **Note for Federal Applicants:** Current federal employees applying for GS-14 must have served 52 weeks at the GS-13 grade.
