Supervisory IT Specialist ( Customer Support)

This position requires an experienced IT professional to manage and oversee IT delivery systems. **Eligibility & Federal Employees:** * Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the GS-11 level to qualify for GS-12. **Basic Experience Requirements (Individual Occupational Requirement - IOR):** Applicants must demonstrate IT-related experience showcasing proficiency equivalent to the next lower grade level in all four competencies: * **Attention to Detail:** Thorough and conscientious work. * **Customer Service:** Assess needs, provide solutions, and ensure quality service. * **Oral Communication:** Effectively convey information to diverse audiences. * **Problem Solving:** Identify issues, evaluate information, and recommend solutions. **Specialized Experience Requirement:** * One year of specialized IT experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level. * This includes a detailed background and extensive experience in the operations, supervision, and management of IT delivery systems and equipment. **General Notes:** * All qualifying experience, including paid, unpaid, and volunteer work, is considered. * Part-time experience will be credited proportionally based on hours worked.
