Supervisory IT Specialist

Lead and oversee the full lifecycle of Healthcare IT systems, from initial requirements to deployment, within a customer-facing environment. This role demands strong IT project leadership and foundational competencies. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead requirements collection, analysis, and planning for IT projects. * Oversee procurement, design, modification, integration, testing, and deployment of Healthcare IT systems. * Provide strategic oversight for IT systems test strategies, plans, and scenarios. * Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. **Requirements:** * Minimum one year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-13 federal service. * Proven experience leading Healthcare IT system development, deployment, and testing in a customer-facing environment. * Demonstrated proficiency in: * Attention to Detail * Customer Service * Oral Communication * Problem Solving * Must meet all federal application requirements, including time-in-grade.
