Lead IT operations, provide technical support, and manage complex projects within a large multi-mission organization.
Seeking a highly capable IT professional to manage and support complex information technology operations within a large, multi-mission organization. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide administrative and technical consultation support for extensive IT environments, assisting OIT staff, contractors, and end-users. * Oversee programs responsible for installation, operation, maintenance, and overall management of user desktop hardware, peripherals, and communication equipment. * Supervise IT projects requiring significant coordination across Enterprise Service Lines, leadership, functional personnel, and external vendors. * Develop and present major recommendations with direct impact on organizational IT programs, policies, and related technical, financial, and administrative aspects. **Required Qualifications:** * **Time-In-Grade (Federal Employees):** Must have served 52 weeks at the GS-12 level for a GS-13 position. * **Basic IT Competencies (Required for all applicants):** Demonstrated experience in IT showing: * Attention to Detail * Customer Service * Oral Communication * Problem Solving * **Specialized Experience:** One year of experience equivalent to the GS-12 level, which includes the core responsibilities listed above. **Important Application Notes:** * All experience, including volunteer and part-time work, is fully credited (pro-rated). * Ensure your resume clearly outlines all qualifying experience. * Application deadline: August 6, 2025.
